Conversations With Strangers, Two

Or more accurately, random commentary on strangers' conversations.

Man to woman, after explaining how he is in between generations in his family: So, do I sit at the kids' table?
Me: Yes!
Man and Woman: [Laughter]

Always sit at the kids' table if you can. No one will ask you about your job, or your plans in life, or if you really just used an entire pat of butter on that piece of bread, and you'll probably get to play a lot of Hangman.

Tonight's experiment: Can I make pumpkin-butternut squash soup, chestnut puree, and sweet potato biscuits, and also do laundry (keeping in mind that the laundromat is three and a half blocks away)?

Magic 8 Ball says: Ask again later.
